Do we pay any fees to secure a tenancy?
No

Do we pay a deposit?
Yes. £300pp which is held in either the DPS or My Deposits protection schemes, it also acts as a retainer prior to your tenancy and is fully returnable under the terms of your agreement.

How long are your tenancies for?
Generally 11 months, or 12 if requested. Shorter tenancies can be negotiated for returning tenants. (We generally use August for our maintenance schedules)

Are all utility bills included?
No. Gas, electricity and water are paid for by the students. BB and TV license are included

Do bedrooms have double beds?
The majority of our bedrooms have either a double or ¾ size bed

Is there parking available at your properties?
We endeavor to provide a minimum of two spaces for each property and free street parking is generally available as well

When is rent payable?
We encourage students to set up a standing order for their rent on the 1st of each month but we also allow payment a semester at a time to fit with incoming student finance.

How much do I need to allow for utility bills?
Currently, we estimate around £30-£35 per student per month. However this obviously depends upon your group’s usage

Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately, no.

What equipment should I bring to a house?
All of our properties are fully equipped and ready to live in. Students only need to bring bedding, towels, food, and personal items.

Do I need insurance?
All of our properties are fully insured for buildings, content, and liability. However students do require insurance cover for their own personal items. (this can frequently be included on their own home insurance policy)
